I've been practicing yoga and meditation for over 25 years. As my practice has deepened over the years, I've come to treasure the power of yoga to transform my relationship with myself.
As a musician and trained singer, I've also made yogic chant an important part of my practice. I offer a little chanting in all of my classes. Students really seem to enjoy it!
My sankalpa, or intention, as a teacher is quite simply for my students to leave class feeling better than when they arrived! To that end, I offer a range of options for students of varying experience and ability so students can choose what feels best for them.
I currently offer classes through Mountain Yoga and Nest Yoga in Oakland, California.
